At the same time, the author remains in full control of the process. You can review and adjust every step generated by the AI — from refining the outline and setting rules for how the generated course is written, to editing the final content. This ensures the course reflects your expertise and instructional intent, while still benefiting from AI-assisted speed and structure.
The process of converting documents to courses is straightforward. From the Learning Management access:
Content Editor > New Content > Convert from a document

Click on the AI Copilot button in any course and select Generate interactive question.

The AI Copilot considers the content of your course and adheres to instructional design principles to build a question bank of up to 20 questions.
Click on the AI Copilot button in any course and select Generate question bank.
Alternatively, you can go to:
Content Editor > New Content > Build a test > Generate questions with AI Copilot
Once the questions are ready, you can finalise them, add more questions to your question bank or remove unnecessary ones.

AI Copilot reimagines the look and feel of existing slides, offering you three fresh design options, while retaining crucial elements and details from the original content.
Click on the AI Copilot button in any course and select Redesign this slide.
The AI Copilot will offer you three unique design suggestions for your slide. Pick your favourite one and finalise it to your likings.

JollyDeck’s Copilot can help you build an entire slide on a specific topic from scratch.
From brainstorming ideas and building outlines to writing copy and applying design, the AI Copilot will assist you in creating comprehensive and attractive slides for your topic.
Click on the AI Copilot button in any course and select Generate new slide.
Alternatively, you can go to:
Content Editor > New Content > Build new > see section Create a new slide AI Copilot > click Start creating
Based on the outline the AI Copilot generates three versions of the new slide. Choose your favourite and finalise it to your liking.

If your slide feels incomplete or lacks details, tell the AI Copilot what you have in mind. It will generate a fully designed and complete content block to finalise your slide.
Click on the + button between rows and select Generate with AI Copilot. Enter a rough idea of what you want to add and the AI Copilot will create a new content section based on your idea.

When dealing with copy, we can choose from a range of pre-set prompts or write a custom prompt. AI Copilot will offer you three suggestions for new copy, which you can further edit yourself or by using prompts.
Click on any text box in your content, then click Rewrite with Copilot button, located in the right-hand side panel.
When adding or replacing images and icons, the seamlessly integrated AI Copilot will suggest relevant icons and images based on the surrounding text.
