How do I invite others to review my content?

Starting a content review in JollyDeck is simple and intuitive. Collaboration takes place in the Discuss tab, where authors remain in full control. You decide who can participate, how they can interact with the content, and for how long.

You can invite anyone to review or edit your learning content. They don’t even need a JollyDeck account beforehand, as their personalized registration link will be sent to them in the invitation to the review.

To invite a reviewer:

1. Open your content in the Editor and go to the Discuss tab
2. Click Manage reviewers
3. Enter the email address of the reviewer
4. Set their access rights:
   1. Can view: Reviewer can review and leave comments
   2. Can edit: Reviewer can review, leave comments, and edit the content
5. Set the access expiry date (or leave it set to unlimited)
6. Check the box to send the reviewer a system invitation
7. Click Grant access

Please note that while you can add an unlimited number of reviewers with view-only access for free, adding reviewers with editing rights may incur additional charges. Find more details on charges for reviewers here.
