What learning data does SCORM send to my LMS?

JollyDeck SCORM packages communicate learning progress, completion status, test results and learner responses to your LMS.

Data field	Information sent
completion_status	Incomplete or complete
success_status	Passed or failed (when the package contains a test)
session_time	Time spent in the learning session
score.raw	Test result as a percentage
score.scaled	Test result as a decimal between 0 and 1

For individual questions, JollyDeck also sends:

Data field	Information sent
cmi.interactions.n.id	Question identifier
cmi.interactions.n.type	Question type, such as true-false, choice, sequencing or matching
cmi.interactions.n.result	Correct or incorrect
cmi.interactions.n.description	Question text
cmi.interactions.n.learner_response	Learner’s selected answer

The format of the learner’s selected answer depends on the question type:

True/False: True or False
Multiple choice: Text of the selected answer
Ordering: Answer texts separated by commas
Matching pairs: Matched items separated by hyphens, with pairs separated by commas (e.g. Left–Right, Up–Down)

For image-based answers, the image caption is used, or the filename if no caption is available.

Note: The exact SCORM data field names and tracking behaviour depend on the selected SCORM version and your LMS.
