How to publish and share your JollyDeck content

JollyDeck gives you several ways to publish and share your learning content.

The best option depends on who you’re sharing with, how many learners you have, and whether you need learner tracking or an LMS.

You can publish your content in five different ways:

1. Publish directly in the JollyDeck Create suite
2. Share via a public link or QR code
3. Embed your content on a WordPress website
4. Export as SCORM and publish in your LMS
5. Publish in JollyDeck LMS

1. Publish directly in the JollyDeck Create suite

JollyDeck allows you to publish your e-learning directly from the Editor and share it via a private link. This is the fastest way to share your content with your learners and track their engagement.

Sharing from the Create suite includes:

• private sharing via invitation
• automated learner email notifications
• basic learning analytics
• learner feedback collection

Learners need a JollyDeck account to access the content. Depending on your subscription, you can invite:

• Free account: up to 5 learners
• Pro account: up to 50 learners

This way of publishing is ideal for smaller learning initiatives where you want a simple publishing workflow without the complexity of an LMS.

2. Share via public link or QR code

If you don’t need to know who completes your course, you can make it available through a public link or QR code.

Anyone with the link can access the content. No invitation is required.

This option includes basic website-style analytics, including:

• number of visitors
• unique visitors

Individual learner progress and completion are not tracked.

3. Embed your content on a WordPress website

If your learners already visit your website, you can embed your JollyDeck learning directly into your WordPress pages.

Unlike SCORM, embedding doesn’t require downloading and uploading files. Your learning content remains hosted in JollyDeck, while WordPress simply displays it.

This means:

• update your course once in JollyDeck
• every embedded version updates automatically
• no re-exporting
• no version management

Like public sharing, WordPress embedding includes basic visitor analytics such as page visits and unique visitors, but it does not track individual learner progress.

4. Export in a SCORM

Any content created in JollyDeck can be exported as a SCORM package for your LMS.

There are two main SCORM modalities available:

• Standalone SCORM
• Dynamic SCORM

Both Dynamic and Standalone SCORM come in versions 1.2 or 2004.

Quick sharing vs. publishing through an LMS
