If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not allowed to use or access this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. What do we do with your information?

When you interact with our learning app, as part of the learning, learning creation or learning management processes, we might collect the following personal information: your name and email address.
When you interact with JollyDeck, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your device, browser and operating system.
Email marketing: JollyDeck runs a bi-weekly newsletter. It’s not in any way linked to creating or running your learning on any of our apps. If you sign up for the newsletter, we will be sending you emails about our research, products and other cool stuff.

How do you get my consent?

If we request your personal information for secondary purposes such as marketing, we will seek your explicit consent through clear and affirmative actions, such as opting-in via a checkbox.

We utilise a range of AI technologies to enhance our content creation processes. Collectively we refer to the capabilities as JollyDeck’s AI Copilot. Here are the key points regarding our AI content generation practices:

  • Data Minimization: We only collect and process data necessary for the AI Copilot to function effectively, including information related to your content and learning objectives.
  • Security Measures: We implement robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes ensuring that no data sent to external AI systems is stored beyond the single operation purpose.
  • Data Retention: Data processed by our AI Copilot is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfil the specific operation. We do not retain this data beyond its immediate use, in compliance with GDPR guidelines and JollyDeck’s Acceptable use and content licence policy. We do not store this data long-term, nor do we train the AI models with this data.
  • GDPR Compliance: We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes offering Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) to enterprise customers.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
