How do I set User as a Line Manager?

Please note: Line manager functionality is not a default setting of a subscription account in JollyDeck. Contact us at support@jollydeck.com for activation of the feature.

To set User as a Line Manager:

  1. From the Dashboard, enter the User’s profile
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit the User is line manager section
  3. Click Yes

Ensuring a new Line Manager can see their Team’s performance

In order for a Line Manager to see their Team’s performance, each User on the Team has to be assigned to the Line Manager.
