How can I assign a Line Manager to a User?

Please note: Line manager functionality is not a default setting of a subscription account in JollyDeck. Contact us at support@jollydeck.com for activation of the feature.

To assign a Line Manager to a User:

  1. From the Dashboard, enter the User’s profile
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit the Reports to section
  3. Typing in the Manager’s name or email address will bring up the drop-down list of managers already in the JollyDeck system.
  4. Click on the Manager’s name to assign the Line Manager to the User
    Please note: If the Manager does not come up in the drop-down list, you will first have to set that person as a Line Manager within JollyDeck.
