Managing comms

Where can I change the email footer for the comms?

Please note: Only Administrators have access to Dashboard Settings.

Changing an email footer

  1. From the Dashboard, enter Settings
  2. Select Managers
  3. Select Emails
    On the bottom of the page find the Standard email elements section
  4. Select Email footer

Edit the footer content. You can add email labels (first name, last name, email address of a user) or insert links (web address, email address, registration/login, unsubscribe link).

Please note: Changing the email templates and standard email elements will not affect emails for existing Missions and Library items, either drafts or launched.
