Content, published as a Library item, will be available to users on a self-enrol basis. Any content can be published as a Library item:
- Course can be published as a learning course or a reference.
- Question topic can be published as a test, challenge or a quiz.
- Checklist can be published only as a standalone item; however it can be linked within any content via URL link.
- External files (PDF, PowerPoint, video or Scorm package) can also be published as a standalone item.
If no access restrictions are applied, Library items are available to all Users at all times in their Content library or via permalink.
However, you can apply access restrictions to the Library folder, which will ensure that the item included are available only to selected user segments. Furthermore, library items can be published but hidden from the Content Library – this item will be available only via permalink, that you share with selected users.
For easier navigation, you can adjust cover settings of Library items and organised them in folders.
