A published content that is assigned to learners and/or accessible via the Library. 
Learning can consist of a single or multiple pieces of content.  

Depending on the formats of included content, we distinguish between 4 types of learning:

• E-learning: Contains at least one of the following three content types – course, test or SCORM. Enrolled learners need to proceed through activities and content linearly.
• Resource: Contains only content in the format of a reference or external files. Learners can access any piece of content anytime.
• Live training: An instructor-led training that happens outside of JollyDeck. JollyDeck supports managing and reporting of live training.
• Blended learning: A combination of online activities and live training.
