More importantly, do you believe it is necessary to prevent it? Is it even possible to prevent it?
How would you approach it?
This problem can result from various issues at different levels, including:
– Corporate culture
– Poor timing
– Lack of time
– Lack of interest
– Negative past experiences
– Low perceived value
– Irrelevant content
– Poor design and structure
– Information overload \/ learning fatigue
– And so on…
It’s nearly impossible to create an engaging course without understanding the reasons that prevent users from truly engaging with the content.
Removing these obstacles is often a long and painstaking process.
