There has always been a gap between organisational goals and learning initiatives, often caused by a lack of trust.
L&D seeks a seat at the table to better align with the organisation’s goals, while other key players want to see tangible results before offering L&D that seat.
It’s essentially a Catch-22 situation.
Are we ever going to overcome this?
Once, for a change, AI won’t be able to help. Unless it takes over the L&D and all other management functions. Then there won’t be anyone who could argue anymore.
