Building a personalised learning experience begins with getting to know the learner intimately. It involves recognising their existing knowledge and skills, potential skill gaps… but also their desires and ambitions, and ultimately their career goals.
This can be a challenging task on an individual level between the manager and employee but becomes nearly impossible at scale.
Could AI help?
I believe it could.
However, it would need to become intimately familiar with each learner. We have already seen how this works with Google and Meta; only this time \u2018Big Brother would be monitoring, recording, and evaluating every step of our work.
