By building role-based observation checklists, we can help you and your new hires see if they\u2019re on the right track, and what they need to be doing to get there if they\u2019re not.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, we\u2019ll <strong>help you manage your training.<\/strong> If you have ready-made training you need to distribute, we\u2019ve got you covered. If it\u2019s a custom project you need to build, we\u2019ve got you covered there too.<\/p>\n<p>JollyDeck is a super simple platform to create your own training on, and it works on desktop or mobile devices through our app or a web browser. Once you\u2019re up and running, it\u2019s intuitive to get to grips with.
