Once registered, they can access the content through the Learner app. Learners can only access published learning they&#8217;ve been invited to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The number of learners you can invite depends on your account plan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Free account:<\/strong> Up to 5 users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional account:<\/strong> Up to 50 users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to invite learners via a private link<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your content in the <strong>Content Editor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the blue <strong>Publish <\/strong>button in the top toolbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Invite users to the learning<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Invite users<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the learner&#8217;s email address and click<strong> + Add user<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customise the invitation message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Confirm <\/strong>to send the invitation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once invited, the learner will appear in the list at the bottom of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the learner experience look like?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What does the learner experience look like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learners receive an email invitation as soon as you add them to your published content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The invitation includes your custom message and a link automatically generated by JollyDeck:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New users<\/strong> receive a personalised registration link to create their JollyDeck account. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Existing users<\/strong> receive a direct link to the published content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After clicking the link and completing registration (if required), learners are taken to the cover page of your content in the Learner app, where they can start learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing published learning content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To manage learners and track their activity, go to Publish > Invite users to the learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here, you&#8217;ll find a list of invited learners with the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Invitation date<\/strong>: When the learner was invited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Last activity<\/strong>: When the learner last accessed the content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Progress<\/strong>: How far the learner has progressed through the content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Feedback<\/strong>: Comments submitted by the learner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can invite additional learners at any time. To manage existing learners, select the checkboxes next to their names and choose one of the following actions from the toolbar above the list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Resend invitation:<\/strong> Edit the invitation message and resend it to the selected learners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reset learning: <\/strong>Reset the learner&#8217;s progress and activity, allowing them to start again. The learner won&#8217;t be notified automatically, so you&#8217;ll need to resend the invitation manually if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remove from the list:<\/strong> Remove the learner&#8217;s access to the content.
