You can invite anyone to review or edit your learning content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They don\u2019t even need a JollyDeck account beforehand, as their personalized registration link will be sent to them in the invitation to the review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To invite a reviewer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open your content in the Editor and go to the Discuss tab<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Manager reviewers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter the email address of the reviewer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Set their access rights:\n

    1. Can view: <\/strong>Reviewer can review and leave comments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Can edit: <\/strong>Reviewer can review, leave comments, and edit the content<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Set the access expiry date<\/strong> (or leave it set to unlimited<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Check the box to send the reviewer a system invitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Grant access<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
