Collaboration takes place in the Discuss tab, where authors remain in full control. You decide who can participate, how they can interact with the content, and for how long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can invite anyone to review or edit your learning content.\u00a0They don\u2019t even need a JollyDeck account beforehand, as their personalized registration link will be sent to them in the invitation to the review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe \n  width=\"100%\" \n  style=\"aspect-ratio: 16 \/ 9;\"\nsrc=\"https:\/\/learn.jollydeck.com\/app\/standalone\/e73504893d872458a3ee339063350d7f354bae1981f3256698c60920d3ce5ab147bb2388538e3b13295e53f1de0487f0b69309852eb951b3f980d11788b95f902debc01b6cea4acc2fbd14c347c23fe4c812ec6fc6d32245643cf941ea37da56e5cccbab\/course\/53051\/7814\/?noui#unit=97624\" \n  title=\"AI generated video\" \n  frameborder=\"0\" \n  allowfullscreen class=\"iframeShadowExtra\">\n<\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To invite a reviewer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open your content in the Editor and go to the <strong>Discuss tab<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Manage reviewers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the email address of the reviewer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set their access rights:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Can view: <\/strong>Reviewer can review and leave comments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can edit: <\/strong>Reviewer can review, leave comments, and edit the content<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the <strong>access expiry date<\/strong> (or leave it set to <em>unlimited<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the box to send the reviewer a system invitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Grant access<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Please note that while you can add an unlimited number of reviewers with view-only access for free, adding reviewers with editing rights may incur additional charges.
