Create a new folder<\/h2>\n

  1. From the Dashboard<\/em>, enter Content Library<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Click on Create New Folder<\/em> button<\/li>\n
  3. Name the folder and click Create<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Adjust Folder settings by clicking on a folder for a quick preview

  5. You can rename the folder, translate its name, move it to another folder, manage user access<\/a> or delete it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Move Library items into a folder<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Click on a Library Item to see a quick preview<\/li>\n
    2. Click on item options<\/em> and select Move to folder<\/em>
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    3. Select a new folder in the pop-up<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please note: Folders are visible in the Content Library to all users, who have the access to at least one library item within the folder.<\/em><\/p>\n

      Rename or delete a folder<\/h2>\n

      1. From the Dashboard<\/em>, enter Content Library<\/em><\/li>\n
      2. Click on selected folder to see a quick preview<\/li>\n
      3. Click folder options<\/em> and select rename<\/em> or delete a folder<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Please note: Only empty folders can be deleted \u2013 remove all items from the folder before deleting it.<\/em><\/p>\n

        Localisation of Library folders<\/h2>\n

        Library folders can be available in multiple languages. Learners will only see Library folders and content in their local language.<\/p>\n
