Organising users into segments brings a lot of benefits when it comes to managing and assigning learning. One of the biggest benefits is observing learning analytics across user segments and comparing results per segment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that only system administrators<\/a><\/strong> have access to the Settings<\/strong> and can create new segments. However, anyone with admin access can add users to existing segments.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating a new segment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From the Learning management<\/strong> enter Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Segments<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Add new custom segment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Create a new segment and add its values<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
