If there is something you think we aren\u2019t covering, give us a shout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide analytics for any content published in JollyDeck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few of our stats that aren&#8217;t&nbsp;universally available in the learning space:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Click-through rates<\/strong> <strong>for<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/help-centre\/managing-comms\/are-there-any-comms-analytics-available\/\"><strong>emails and other comms<\/strong><\/a><br>Per our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/the-acme-analytics-model\/\">ACME model<\/a>, ROI in learning begins with A = acquisition. Therefore, comms are just as important as the rest of your learning campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Time spent in a learning<br><\/strong>Through measuring seemingly small things, like how much time Learners spend looking at an external link, document or video, and by noting if a Learner leaves the course from those external links, we\u2019re able to get an accurate picture of actual time spent l<span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">earning.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2018Right first time\u2019&nbsp;<\/strong><br>\u2018Right first time\u2019 measures the score of first answers. For a user, this would be their first answers to questions in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/help-centre\/jargon-buster\/course\/\">course<\/a>. Aggregate data shows&nbsp;<em>all<\/em>&nbsp;first-time answers to a question from a course or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/help-centre\/jargon-buster\/test\/\">test<\/a>.
