Every first-time User has to register their account via a personalised registration link<\/strong>, automatically generated and sent to users through email comms<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sending the personalised registration link in the invite to learning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Convenient way to send first-time users their registration link is to invite them to their first learning in JollyDeck. The template used for generating learning invite, already includes the adaptive registration\/login link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, in case you need to add the adaptive link, yourself, this can be done when editing learning comms<\/a>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Comms <\/strong>tab in a selected learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the email you wish to edit, then click Edit email<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the text you wish to link<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the hyperlink icon<\/em> in the Tools menu<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the pop-up select Registration\/login<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Sending personalised registration link without the invite<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You can always send the personalised registration link to users through other channels. Personalised registration links for unregistered users are available on their profile in JollyDeck:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enter the tab Users<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Search and select user<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click registration link <\/strong>in the user profile card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Copy the link and share it with the user outside of JollyDeck<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
