You can publish each independently or bundle them into the same <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/help-centre\/jargon-buster\/mission\/\">Mission<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>First, decide whether you want to publish your content as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/help-centre\/jargon-buster\/mission\/\">Mission<\/a> or a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/help-centre\/jargon-buster\/library-item\/\">Library item<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you want to actively enrol users to learning content \u2013 build a mission.<\/li>\n<li>If you want users to access content on a self-enrol basis \u2013 publish content in the library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then there are few simple steps to be followed in order to publish any content as Mission or Library item.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/faq\/how-do-i-publish-content.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"faq-screenshot\"><br \/>\n<!-- https:\/\/training.jollydeck.com\/dashboard\/campaigns\/4535\/ --><\/p>\n<h2>Launch a Mission<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>From the <em>Dashboard<\/em>, enter <em>Missions<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Select <em>New Mission<\/em>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Step 1: Choose the content and select the mode in which you want to publish your content.<br \/>\nStep 2: Add Users (smart segmenting really speeds up this part)<br \/>\nStep 3: If needed, review and manage comms (message, frequency)<br \/>\nStep 4: Manage mission options (card comments, feedback, time zone)<br \/>\nStep 5: Review your setup; confirm or schedule the Launch.<\/p>\n<h2>Publish in Library<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>From the <em>Dashboard<\/em>, enter <em>Content Library<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Select <em>New library item<\/em>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Step 1: Choose the content and select the mode in which you want to publish your content.<br \/>\nStep 2: If needed, review and manage comms (message, frequency).<br \/>\nStep 3: Adjust options (cover settings, feedback, item location and time zone).<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/help-centre\/publishing-content\/how-do-i-restrict-user-access-to-library-items\/\">Access restrictions<\/a> are set per Library Folder.
