Enabling deadlines for selected mission.<\/p>\n<p>2. Setting the deadline when adding users to a mission either manually or by import.<\/p>\n<p>Optional: 3. Adjusting deadline reminder or adding deadline label in other mission comms.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 1: Enabling deadlines for selected mission<\/h2>\n<p>To enable Mission deadlines, go to:<\/p>\n<p><em>Missions<\/em> &gt; select your mission &gt; <em>Options<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Section <em>Deadlines<\/em> can be found on the bottom of the <em>Options page<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/faq\/how-do-i-set-a-mission-deadline-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"faq-screenshot\"><br \/>\n<!-- https:\/\/training.jollydeck.com\/dashboard\/campaigns\/4623\/options\/ --><\/p>\n<p><em>Please note: Once a mission is published, deadlines cannot be disabled.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When enabling deadlines in a published mission, the deadline can be set for the existing users in the mission or only those added from this point on.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/faq\/how-do-i-set-a-mission-deadline-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"faq-screenshot\"><br \/>\n<!-- https:\/\/training.jollydeck.com\/dashboard\/campaigns\/4623\/options\/ --><\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Setting the deadline when adding users to a mission<\/h2>\n<p>Set the deadline when adding new users either manually or by import:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/faq\/how-do-i-set-a-mission-deadline-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"faq-screenshot\"><br \/>\n<!-- https:\/\/training.jollydeck.com\/dashboard\/campaigns\/4623\/users\/manage\/addexisting\/#filterSegment=5 --><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/faq\/how-do-i-set-a-mission-deadline-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"faq-screenshot\"><br \/>\n<!-- https:\/\/training.jollydeck.com\/dashboard\/users\/import\/addtocampaign\/upload\/?campaign=4623 --><\/p>\n<p>After selecting the deadline and adding users, <em>the deadline reminder<\/em> will be automatically generated and send out to this group of users 1 day before the deadline.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3: Adjusting deadline reminder or adding deadline in other mission comms<\/h2>\n<p>Deadline reminder settings can be adjusted on the mission\u2019s Comms page:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jollydeck.com\/academy\/wp-content\/uploads\/faq\/how-do-i-set-a-mission-deadline-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"faq-screenshot\"><br \/>\n<!-- https:\/\/training.jollydeck.com\/dashboard\/campaigns\/4623\/emails\/ --><\/p>\n<p>To communicate the deadline in other comms, add the label <strong>{deadline_date}<\/strong>.
