Is the quick PPT to Course conversion still available?

Despite the upgrade of the AI Copilot conversion capabilities, where you can now convert multiple documents of different formats into a learning course, we have kept the quick version of the PowerPoint to course Converter. 

To quickly convert a single PowerPoint presentation into an e-learning course follow these steps: 

1. From the Learning management enter the Content Editor
2. Click New Content
3. Select Convert from a document PowerPoint
4. Upload your PowerPoint file
5. In the pop up, select Switch to quick conversion
   
6. Enter the course title; select a colour scheme and heading style for your new e-learning course.
7. Click Start converting

The quick PPT to Course conversion allows you to skip some steps and let AI automatically convert your PPT into a course.

For more accurate results, however, we recommend selecting the option Stay in control in Step 5 to collaborate with the AI Copilot through phases like defining learning objectives and creating the course outline. If you upload multiple PPT files, you’ll automatically be directed to a detailed workflow for converting documents into courses.
